Middlecreek Area Community Center (MACC), 67 Elm St., features Geisinger Mobile Health Bus laboratory collection services for blood draws and urine samples in the parking lot every Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. No appointment is necessary for lab services. Geisinger patients can self-schedule an appointment via MyGeisinger. A doctor's order is required for non-geisinger patients.

The Lewisburg Children’s Museum (LCM) hosts Disco Ball Dance Breaks at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and noon in partnership with Downtown Dance. A free car seat check up event held 2-4 p.m. in the Geisinger Pottsville Clinic parking lot, 529 Terry Reiley Way. Sponsored by Safe Kids Worldwide and State Farm Insurance, and allows certified technicians to make sure car seats are properly installed, teach parents proper installation techniques and answer questions about the proper time to change car seats from rear facing to forward facing. To ensure proper installation, parents are encouraged to bring their vehicle’s owner’s manual and car seat manuals to the event. Event organizers will also offer a bounty for expired car seats for disposal. People can bring their unwanted, expired or unsafe car seats and receive a Walmart gift card reward. In celebration of ‘National Train Day’, the Taber Museum welcomes train enthusiasts to the Museum. MOTHER'S DAY DINNER/Kratzerville

Kratzerville Volunteer Fire Company will host its annual Mother’s Day all-you-can-eat chicken and waffles buffet beginning at 11 a.m. at the fire hall, 62 Fire Hall Road, in the village of Kratzerville, just outside of Selinsgrove along Route 204. Service will continue while food is available or until 1 p.m. The menu includes chicken, waffles, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, applesauce, pepper-slaw, coleslaw, and a wide selection of desserts. CONCERT/Middleburg

The MWSD Instrumental Department presents its annual spring concerts at Midd-West High School. Grades 5-7 perform at 2 p.m.; the high school bands (grades 8-12) perform at 3:30 p.m.; featured groups to perform are the jazz band, eighth grade band, wind ensemble, and concert band. High school arts students will display their artwork in the areas surrounding the auditorium.
